Refund policy

We are dedicated to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and delivering premium products of the highest quality.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and exchange policy as follows:

Return Period

Customers have the right to return or exchange their product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging.

Return Conditions

• Products that have been damaged, scratched, or used will not be accepted for return.

• Customized or engraved products made upon customer request cannot be returned.

• The original purchase invoice must be provided.

Return Process

Customers can contact our customer service team via email / WhatsApp / phone to submit a return request.
After the request is reviewed and approved, arrangements will be made to collect the product or have it delivered to the nearest return point.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for another item of the same or higher value, with the price difference paid if applicable.

Exceptions

Discounted items, special offers, or final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
